The Greater Guyana Initiative (GGI), Mount Sinai Health System, and the Ministry of Health have launched the Guyana Digital Health Training Institute (DHTI), a major step toward strengthening Guyana’s digital health future.
The institute will help build a skilled workforce to enhance care delivery and improve health outcomes nationwide.
DHTI forms part of the GGI-funded National Health Information Systems & Technology (HIST) Workforce Development Programme, which is designed to develop and sustain the talent needed to lead Guyana’s National Health Information System (NHIS) for years to come.
